About Renée Gonsalves

I am celebrating my 20th year selling San Francisco Real Estate and still love what I do. I joined Compass in June 2018 and carry the distinction of being a top producer, selling over 280 homes and roughly $330M in sales. I am a member of Top Agent Network (top 10% of agents in SF) and RealTrend's top 1.5% in California.

 

As a real estate professional over the last two decades, I have purchased, remodeled, sold, and managed Airbnb rentals and am a landlord. I really understand the value of property ownership and what is required to thrive as a property owner. I have proven adept at exceeding clients’ expectations and specialize in selling properties that not only provide beautiful homes to live in but deliver strong investment returns.

 

I have developed strong relationships with other agents and many industry experts who help make the home buying and selling process easier, including lenders, painters, stagers, haulers, and contractors. Many of my clients have benefited from the Compass Concierge program, paying upfront costs to prepare their homes for sale, allowing clients to show their homes in the best possible light, and getting the best price.

 

San Francisco has been home since 1990, and enjoy all the beauty and diversity our city has to offer. I have lived in many neighborhoods, and for the last couple of decades, I lived in Bernal Heights and Glen Park. I am a proud mother of an amazing boy, Max, who attended Glen Park School and now is at Redwood High. I enjoy basketball, biking, snowboarding, and spending time at my Truckee getaway. I grew up in a small town, Portola, CA (Plumas County), graduated from CSU, Chico, and moved to San Francisco where I began my advertising career. While working at FCB, I obtained an MBA in Marketing at SFSU.
